The patient pictured is a 59-year-old woman who desired improvement in the appearance of her upper eyelids. In addition to excess skin she was troubled by the asymmetry . She underwent cosmetic blepharoplasty in Tucson. The postoperative photograph was taken approximately 3 months later.
