Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) Case 25

The patient is a 48-year-old woman who was interested in improving the appearance of her upper eyelids. She felt that excess skin of her upper eyelids gave her a tired look. It was also interfering with the application of makeup. She researched Tucson doctors who were Board Certified and experienced in eyelid surgery.  She stressed to Dr. Olson she did not want excessive skin removed that would give her a hollowed look.    The postoperative photograph was taken six months after her surgery. The upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) was performed under local anesthesia only.
